    What to expect?

    Experienced coaches will provide training and assistance.

    Participants are welcome to try any or all of the disciplines:

    Swim - 25m pool with stair entrance and lift

    Bike - Outdoor on track and paved paths

    Run - Outdoor 400m track

    What to bring?

    Swim - swim suit, goggles, cap, towel

    Bike - athletic wear, bicycle or handcycle (if you have your own). If you require a bicycle or handcycle please let us know when you register.

    Run - athletic wear, running shoes. If you require a racing wheelchair please let us know when you register.

     

    Please bring any other modified or adaptive equipment that you may need. Bring a change of clothes, water bottle and a light snack.
